1. Your permission to use the Site

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Site to learn about our date and nut bars, manage your account, contact us, and shop for yourself or as a gift. You may not use the Site for any business purpose, or on behalf of another company, unless we agree in writing first. We may withdraw this permission if you break these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account.
• Email support@jivanlaxfoods.com right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, or anything that breaks these Terms.

3. Our brand and content belong to us

The Jivanlax Foods name, logo, product names, packaging designs, photos, videos, recipes, and written content on the Site are owned by Jivanlax Foods or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, edit, or republish our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

4. Reviews, messages, and ideas you send us

When you post a review, send a message through our Messaging, Contact, or Inquiry pages, or share photos or ideas with us ('Your Content'):

• You confirm Your Content is honest, is your own, and does not violate anyone's rights.
• You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, share, and use Your Content to run and promote Jivanlax Foods, including on social media, with your first name or initials unless you ask us not to.
• We are not required to keep ideas or suggestions confidential or to pay for them.
• We may remove any content that is false, offensive, harassing, unlawful, or off-topic.
• We will never edit a review to change its meaning, and we don't post fake reviews or offer payment for positive ones.

5. Things you may not do

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or help someone else do so.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other customers.
• Submit false orders, false information, or someone else's payment details.
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to hack, overload, or disrupt the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site with automated tools.
• Resell our products as your own or misrepresent your connection to us.

6. Health, nutrition, and allergen information

Our bars are made with wholesome ingredients, and we love talking about them. Still, anything on the Site about nutrition or ingredients is general information, not medical or dietary advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products contain or may contain tree nuts, peanuts, seeds of all kinds (including sesame), coconut, dates, milk, and chocolate. Everything is made in the same kitchen, so cross-contact between ingredients is possible. Always read each product's ingredient list before ordering or eating. If you have a food allergy, health condition, or special diet, talk with your doctor before eating our products.

7. Accuracy of the Site

We work hard to keep product descriptions, photos, and prices correct. Because our bars are handmade, color, size, and shape may vary slightly from the photos. If we find a mistake on the Site, we may correct it at any time.
